Home › How It Works
No surprises is the whole idea. Every job, from a single mouse to a commercial program, follows the same four steps, and you know the price and the plan before the work starts.

Call (716) 320-8028 or use the contact form. Tell us what you are seeing, hearing or smelling, where in the house, and for how long. That decides urgency and what the visit needs. If it is a loose animal in a living area, it is treated as an emergency.
We inspect the attic, basement, wall routes and the full exterior, identify the species, and map the entry points. You get the plan and the price in writing: removal, sealing list, cleanup if it is needed. Approve all of it or take it in stages. The detail of what an inspection covers is on the inspection page.
Trapping and removal matched to the species, placed on the active runs, out of reach of children and pets. For rats, exterior stations and burrow work join the indoor traps. Checks follow on a schedule until activity stops.
Entry points are sealed with steel, copper mesh and hardware cloth. Droppings and contaminated material are cleaned where needed. You finish with a short prevention list made for your property: the food, cover and garbage items that were feeding the problem, and what to watch each fall.
That is the whole list. Everything else is our job.
You keep the written record: what was found, what was sealed, what was cleaned. If activity shows up in a new spot later, that record tells us both where to look first. Commercial clients get the scheduled version of this: station maps, service logs and monthly activity reports, described on the commercial page. Homeowners who want a yearly fall check before rodent season can ask for one when the job is done.
Call now and tell us what you are seeing. We will walk you through the next step and get an inspection set up.
Sounds in the walls, droppings in the wrong place, a smell that will not air out. The inspection names the animal and the entry points before you spend anything on treatment.
