This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you give us when you call or send the contact form on this website.
When you call, we note your name, phone number, address of the property needing service, and the details of the rodent problem you describe. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number and message you enter. That is the extent of it. This website does not run an online store and does not take payments.
Your information is used to arrange and provide rodent control service: returning your call, scheduling visits, sending inspection findings and invoices, and keeping the service record for your property. Where a job is performed with the help of an independent local provider, the details needed to do the work, your address and the problem description, are shared with that provider for that purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists because you asked for an inspection. Photographs taken during a job are of problem areas, entry points and damage, and are used for your service record.
